threw my husband a surprise 50th birthday party in the North Ballroom. The food was delicious and ample. The staff were super friendly, fun, and helpful. Arranging everything was a breeze. Any time I had questions I was emailed back within a day, if not sooner. I highly recommend considering this place if you have an event coming up. Very pleased!

We recently had our son’s high school graduation party and everyone at the Spring Valley made such a special event for our family go off without a hitch. From the support with setting up to the music, bartender, wait staff, and food was phenomenal. Everything exceeding our expectations and can’t wait to plan our next event there.

Everything was beautiful for our daughter’s Communion party. The ballroom was cozy yet elegant, just what I was hoping for , especially since some of our guest could not make it . The room never felt cold or empty . The servers assigned to our party were very attentive and kind . Our daughter had a wonderful time. I had so many compliments on the ambiance and the food. Our guest were raving about the French Toast ! Theresa and Alexa were great at communicating, and made planning this event easy ! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a catered event .
